As founder of Co-Creata Consulting, Corry is consultant, trainer and researcher with focus on co-creation and innovation in organisations mostly in the Educational sector, Health-Care, Art and Business sector.
For most of her professional life Corry Ehlen (Sittard, the Netherlands) focused on professional training and education, curriculum development and organizational innovation.
She worked as trainer, supervisor and lecturer in social sciences in higher education, she designed several new educational streams in areas of social sciences, and was coordinating director at an University of Applied Sciences.
As a policy advisor ‘education, research, and corporate strategy’ for the board of governors at an University for Applied Sciences, and in her capacity of program manager, she designed corporate innovation programs, developing and implementing new educational strategies.
On the international level she was program manager of a European TEMPUS project for curriculum development and professional training at the University of Bucharest (Romania) and participated in several transnational cooperation projects.
As a member of the Dutch NGO for senior international experts (PUM), she is working as an advisor and trainer at universities in Rwanda, Vietnam and Colombia. She is a trainer of PUM-experts in ‘intercultural advising’.
After her Bachelor degree in social-cultural studies she obtained a Master degree from the University of Amsterdam in Andragology, specialization adult education and organizational development.
Her PhD study focused on Co-Creation in large-scale innovation programs between education-businesses and government (triple helix). Supporting professionals, ‘social capital’ ‘co-creation’ are main topics. She developed the Co-Creation-Wheel, an instrument for successful innovation projects.
