Twelve employees of Zuyd University of Applied Sciences in Heerlen enthusiastically participated in 4 lively masterclasses.
They are 2 professors, 9 researchers and 1 innovation manager from practice. Dr. Sandra Beurskens, Dr. Barbara Piskur, Dr. Jerome van Dongen, Dr. Laura Lochstenbach, Dr. Ramon Daniels, Marije Duijsens, Monique Lexis, Nadine Spiertz, Anneke van Dijk, Tim van der Geijn en John Rietman.
All participate in the Research field of Dr. Sandra Beurskens, ‘Autonomy and Participation’.
They are trained by Dr. Corry Ehlen in the theory of co-creation and innovation and in using the 3 tools of the Co-Creation-Wheel.
It was exciting to see how the knowledge and experience of these professionals did match with the new information and how well the tools of the Co-Creation-Wheel proved applicable in innovation of education and in the practice of advising, coaching and innovating.
In a fourth, extra masterclass, 4 of them did the Masterproof: professor Sandra Beurskens, researchers John Rietveld and Marije Duijsens and innovation manager Sevagram Tim van der Geijn.
Corry Ehlen certificated them as Co-Creation-Coach. The other participants received a certificate of participation.
